Description |
2013.03.12.01 Yellow case for for cystoscope loops. Made of plastic and in good condition. Case stamped "American Cystoscope Makers, Inc New York, New York" "Yellow Loops" hand written in red marker. Two pieces of red tape present at top. Top piece has now illegible and faded writing, bottom piece says "loops". Inside of case is manufacturer info and specifications of various cutting loops. Sticker in top right of case says "WIRE DIA. 015 INSP. NO. 3" Plastic bottom has slows for loop storage and a metal rod down middle to keep them in place.; 2013.03.12.02 Cutting loop unlabeled with yellow tubing, metal and plastic; 2013.03.12.03 cutting loop labeled "Bard", metal and plastic; 2013.03.12.04-13 a set of cutting loops all in good condition. Each has a green circle and a stamped "G15." |
