2010.012.15.1 Black case with white label on case lid. Has two metal clips on the front that keep the case closed. Inside the box is purple velour fabric holding 11 various instruments used in tonsillar coagulation. 2010.012.15.2 Green and white plastic or ceramic cautery unit that is cylindrical in shape. The bottom half of the instrument is removable and held on by a screw. At the end of one side that is an opening into which you would insert a metal tip, and the other side of the instrument there is a black electrical wire that ends in a metal tip that has a thinner point at the end. 2010.012.15.3 Black plastic tool in the shape of a 90 degree angle. From the center the tool increases in depth. On the inside of the tool there are ridges along both ends that stop about half way toward the center. The tool resembles tongs. 2010.012.15.4 Metal instrument with wooden surrounding, The instrument has an outward curving tip that is 1.5cm long and it connected to the instrument at the bottom of the curve. The end of the instrument is uncovered from the wooden surrounding allowing it to be placed inside the tip of the cauterizer. 2010.012.15.5 Metal instrument with wooden surrounding. The instrument has an half-pipe shaped tip that is 1.5 cm wide and has a curve height of 0.5cm. The tip is connected to the instrument at the center of the side of the half-pipe. The instrument has a tip in the shape of an oval loop that is 2.5cm x 2cm. The instrument has tip in the shape of curve that is 2cm long and is connected to the instrument at the bottom center of the curve. The instrument has tip in the shape of an oval loop that is 1.5 x 2. The instrument has tip that is 1.1cm long that is bent on approx. a 45 degree angle and comes to a sharp point. The instrument has tip that is 0.7cm long that is bent on approx. a 45 degree angle and comes to a sharp point. The instrument has tip that is 1cm long that is bent on approx. 45 degree angle that increases in width and has a flat end 0.4cm wide. The instrument has tip that is 0.5cm long that is bent on approx. 45 degree angle and comes to a sharp point.
