2010.014.15.1 Clear glass thermometer with red label, metal end. 2010.014.15.2 Folded white instruction sheet with black ink words. One large page, that was originally just folded in the middle. First page has instructions, next three pages have ovulation charts. 2010.014.15.3 Black plastic tube case 2010.014.15.4 Black plastic tube case lid that screws onto the case 2010.014.15.5 White box with separate lid 2010.014.15.6 Separate lid to the thermometer box. The left 2/3's of the lid is navy blue, the right 1/3 is white.
